Information we collect

When you request an offer we collect the device details and condition answers you submit, plus your name, email address and phone number. If you accept an offer we also collect the shipping details needed to complete the sale, and the payment details needed to pay you.

How we use it

• To calculate your preliminary offer and record your acceptance.
• To send your prepaid shipping label, inspect your device and confirm the final offer.
• To contact you about your sale, primarily by email, and by phone when needed.
• To pay you and keep the records our business and tax obligations require.

Device data

You are responsible for backing up and erasing your device and removing all personal accounts before shipping it. We do not browse, copy or keep personal content from devices we receive. We may collect and check a device's IMEI or serial number for device identification, model verification, lock and status checks, and lost or stolen screening.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us complete your sale — such as our customer communication platform, shipping carriers and payment services — and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, fraud-prevention, accounting and transaction purposes.

Your choices
