Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you sell a device to iPhone's Lair LLC.

Preliminary offers

Offers shown on our website are preliminary. They are based on the information you submit about your device and are not a guaranteed final payment. The final offer is confirmed only after we receive and physically inspect the device.

Offer expiration

A preliminary offer expires 48 hours after it is issued if you have not accepted it. After that, you can request a new offer at current pricing.

Eligibility

By accepting an offer you confirm that you have the legal right to sell the device to us.

Devices that are still financed or have an outstanding carrier or device payment balance are accepted. We do not accept devices that:

have been reported lost or stolen;
are enrolled in company device management (MDM) or otherwise company-locked;
have Activation Lock or Find My turned on.

Your data

You must remove all personal accounts and erase your data before shipping. iPhone's Lair is not responsible for any data left on a device.

Inspection and final offer

Every device is physically inspected after delivery. If it matches the information you submitted, we proceed with the accepted offer. If the condition, functionality, model, storage, carrier or lock status, or other material information differs, we may issue a revised final offer and tell you why.

You have 7 calendar days after a revised offer is sent to accept or decline it. We will not pay a reduced or revised amount unless you approve it. If you decline a revised offer, we return your device and pay for standard return shipping.

Payment

Payment is made only after we receive and inspect your device and the final offer is approved. We never pay before inspection.

Fees

We charge no fees to sell your device. We provide and pay for your prepaid shipping label. See our Shipping & Inspection Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, subject to applicable law.
