How to pack it
- 01Back up your device, then sign out and erase it with a factory reset.
- 02Turn off Find My / Activation Lock and remove any company device management.
- 03Wrap the device in bubble wrap, at least two layers on the screen.
- 04Use a rigid box with padding on all six sides — no bare padded envelopes.
- 05Write your reference number on a note inside the box.
- 06Don't send cases, SIM cards or memory cards unless we asked for them.
Your shipping label
We'll email your prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. Pack your device securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier. Once we receive and inspect your device, we'll confirm the final offer and payment.
